Do you ship internationally?

How do I place an order?

  1. Choose the product you like
  2. Choose the variant, color, and size if applicable
  3. Click the “Add To Cart” Button if you want to add more products or the “Buy now” if you want only the chosen product.
  4. Proceed to Checkout and complete the following form
  5. Once you pay for your product you’ll receive an email with your Tracking Number, this will allow you to track where is your product till it arrives at you.

What kind of payment do you accept?


We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover 

 

Is it safe to use a credit card online?


Ring Light City works hard to ensure orders are safe and secure. For customer protection, all orders go through a fraud-checking process.


In some cases, we may request for additional information regarding the credit card usage. You will receive an email if this is applicable to your order.


Why can't I complete my order?


Please check that you have correctly entered the data for your selected method of payment. If you are paying with a credit card and the problem persists, we suggest contacting your Credit Card Issuer.

How Will you deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered to you through a Registered Courier Service at the shipping address entered at checkout.


How Long will my order take to arrive?


Your order will usually reach your doorstep between 1 to 2 weeks from the date of order. However, the delivery can take up to 3 weeks during the busy holiday season or our mega sales events.


How much do you Charge for shipping?


 We offer FREE standard shipping.

You can track your order here with your tracking number.


What is my tracking number?


Tracking will be available 2-3 days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 7 days by contacting support.

Amendments and Cancellations


If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 48hrs of placing the order.

Cancellations


- You must contact us within 48 hours.

- We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.  


My Item Arrived Damaged

   - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
